How does online training work?
Initially upon purchasing 1:1 online training, you will be contacted via email to discuss you training goals, as well as lifestyle schedule to ensure your programme is best tailored to you. Using a mobile app you will receive your weekly training plan, alongside video demos of all exercises. You will have the benefit of email support throughout your entire training block.
