Who am I?
I started my career in the corporate sphere, as an EA to some of industries most influential people. Yet my love for nutrition and fitness lead me to work alongside Olympic coaches and leading nutritional therapists, fuelling my passion into a career that truly fulfils and excites me each day.
As a mother to identical twin boys, I understand that achieving optimal health is not always easy when juggling the demands of Parenthood as well everyday life. Food is so much more than the fuel we need to survive but a pleasure, a comfort and at times a reward. It is how we strike the balance between these connotations that can be confusing and overwhelming.
My clinical practise is rooted in evidence based science alongside a deep understanding of the human body and the daily grind that we all endure. I specialise in all aspects of female health, including weight loss, PCOS and Hypothalamic Amenorrhea support. In addition I have a special interest in Sports performance and Endurance sport nutrition, having supported those undertaking all manner of incredible sporting feats.

Eating well and exercising shouldn’t be a tick box to burn off calories but a path to a better and more balanced lifestyle!
I aim to help people build their happiest and healthiest life by nurturing their bodies and supporting them in achieving their very best.
I will help provide the accountability, motivation and tools needed to achieve a healthy approach and relationship with food and exercise.
I will teach you how to aid performance as well as long-term health, with foods that nourish both the body and the mind.
